Role Description

This full-time on-site role entails being a Customer Service Specialist at Vida Medical. Responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional phone etiquette while offering an exceptional customer service experience at our Colombo office.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Satisfaction, and Service skills
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in maintaining professional phone etiquette
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective addressing of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare industry experience is beneficial
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala languages is preferred

Note: Night shifts are required for this role.
