Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To provide information to customers, resolve issues within defined SLA.
- Comprehend customer requests, maintain quality standards.
- Provide reports, assist in organizational initiatives.
- Facilitate projects, conduct process training and audits.
- Escalate non-conformances, perform sample size calculations.
- Participate in Calibration Sessions, identify training needs.
- Drive improvement, provide feedback to associates.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years in customer service (Local/International) – QA.
- Education: O/L with Diploma/ A/L/ HND or Undergraduate.
- Work independently, meet SLA, strong communication skills.
- Flexible for rotational shifts.
