About The Role
- Customer Value Management: Cultivating enduring relationships with customers, delivering ongoing value to help them achieve their strategic objectives.
- Professional Services: Leading and participating in customer projects, including the seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Customer Support: Providing prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries via chats and emails, serving as the liaison between customers and our client to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Product Roadmap Initiatives: Collaborating with the product and development team to propose enhancements and new features.
- Knowledge Management: Developing and refining help articles, training materials, and internal documentation to facilitate customer adoption and team training.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Contributing insights and reviewing marketing content, as well as assisting with pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.
Requirements
