The Job:
- Audit and validate rebates and marketing claims for compliance.
- Apply fraud awareness techniques to address fraudulent activities.
- Maintain accurate processing procedures documentation.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Gather necessary information to fulfill client needs.
- Provide regular updates on rebate and claim statuses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and diverse web applications.
- Manage multiple client programs effectively.
- Demonstrate integrity, strong communication skills, and customer focus.
- Resolve inquiries with analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, manage backlogs, and track time accurately.
