Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (Banking) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service by addressing banking inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, assisting with account tasks, and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries about banking products and services via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist clients with account-related tasks and provide guidance on online banking issues.
- Address clients’ complaints effectively and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Document client interactions accurately and maintain detailed account records.
Requirements:
- High National Diploma or equivalent, with customer service experience in banking preferred.
