Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Shifting Lifestyles (Pvt) Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing guidance throughout the Australian migration journey.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Prior experience in the migration industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
