Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Seakings Universal Pvt Ltd in Colombo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Handling Customer Inquiries and Developing Customer Relations
• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
