Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction – Engage with customers through different channels to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Product/Service Knowledge – Exhibit deep understanding of company offerings to effectively respond to customer queries.
- Adherence to Company Policies – Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Resolve Customer Issues – Troubleshoot problems, find solutions, and meet customer needs efficiently.
- Order Processing – Manage orders, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately.
- Documentation – Maintain detailed records of interactions for future reference.
- Communication – Provide clear information to customers and collaborate with internal departments.
- Complaint Handling – De-escalate situations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance – Uphold service quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in relevant field preferred.
- Strong communication skills.

- Patience and Empathy.
- Computer Proficiency – Proficient in MS Office, quick learner of internal tools.
