Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, maintaining effective communication with customers, enhancing customer service, and improving customer experience for our clients.
Qualifications
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Korean/Japanese/German/French/English (spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
