Responsibilities:
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding package status, packing lists, pricing inquiries, shipment updates, and customer notices. Communication and Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal departments such as logistics, operations, and finance to gather relevant information and address customer inquiries comprehensively. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries, including resolutions and follow-up actions taken, to ensure accountability and track customer satisfaction. Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to maintain a positive brand image. Analytical Reporting: Analyze social media engagement metrics and prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, trends, and customer feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement of customer service strategies.
Excellent proficiency in English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Working Hours: Weekdays 9.00am – 5.00pm Saturday 9.00am-12.30pm
