Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kirulapana (Colombo 05) for a Customer Service Representative – Junior Executive at Hnb Finance Plc. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer records. You will also assist customers with financial transactions and provide information about company products and services.

- Good knowledge of banking and financial products
