Job Description
**THIS CSR ROLE IS ON ROTATE SHIFTS (MORNING, AFTERNOON, MIDNIGHT) TO SUPPORT 24/7 CS OPERATION
Working Location: Nearby Faiway Colombo
Salary: USDT 200 – 350 (All in one)
Training Provided + On Job Training
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
- Handling user inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Handling 15-20 or more live chats (non-voice) at one time
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to understand user needs.
- Planning and executing events and activities to enhance user engagement( and satisfaction)
- Managing and maintaining relationships with users, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance the service satisfaction
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduate (Graduated) or those less than 6 months of CSR proven working experience in iGaming/online gaming/Crypto industry
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in either Mandarin or Japanese will be an advantage
- Independent, proactive, self-motivation, resilient & accountable
- Willingness to work based on rotate shifts
- Work well under pressure
