Job Description
HealthRecon Connect provides technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to US healthcare providers. Join our team and be part of improving cashflow, patient outcomes, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Resolve complaints fairly
- Maintain knowledge of company services
- Meet daily production targets
- Generate client reports
- Ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night shift (7:30 PM – 4:00 AM)
Other Features: US calendar applicable
