Qualifications:
- Customer Service, Support, and Satisfaction skills
- Experience in delivering excellent service and resolving issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in customer service tools
- Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
