Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to Inbound Calls: Address customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Call Quality: Ensure high standard call quality for customer satisfaction.
- Ticket Management: Log customer queries and complaints accurately in ZOHO support system.
- Complaint Resolution: Provide solutions and update tickets for future reference.
- Department Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments for issue resolution.
- Sales and Surveys: Promote products and services through sales and service calls.
- Execute operational health calls (outbound) for merchants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Freshers or 1-2 years call center experience with strong communication skills.
- Excellent Command in English and Sinhala, Tamil proficiency is a plus.
- Customer Service mindset and team player attitude.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of digital media and mobile apps.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends.
