Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at High Impact Fitness Studio in Boralesgamuwa. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our members. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, handling membership registration and payments, and maintaining a clean and organized studio.
