Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative focusing on Ocean Export operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be detail-oriented in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities include managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Prior experience in customer service within the logistics industry, particularly in ocean freight export, is highly preferred.
