- Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care support and information.
- Promote a positive company image.
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and follow-up on complaints.
- Handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Requirements:
- High Customer Service orientation.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good conversation handling skills.
- Acceptable typing speed (35+ words per minute).
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of contact center processes.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced Level Examination completion is a plus.
