Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Handle complaints with empathy and patience, aiming for satisfactory solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and social media
  • Collaborate for a seamless customer experience
  • Stay updated on product knowledge for accurate information delivery
  • Identify and escalate priority issues for resolution
  • Assist in developing customer service policies
  • Strive to exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective multitasking and task prioritization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service tools
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala, both written and verbal
