Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Handle complaints with empathy and patience, aiming for satisfactory solutions
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and social media
- Collaborate for a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge for accurate information delivery
- Identify and escalate priority issues for resolution
- Assist in developing customer service policies
- Strive to exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective multitasking and task prioritization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service tools
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Fluency in English and Sinhala, both written and verbal
