Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Skynet WWE in Peliyagoda. Responsible for tasks related to customer support, satisfaction, and service management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Service Management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in International Courier industry will be an added qualification
