Job Role
- Proactively follow up customer leads and identify opportunities with clients over the phone
- Actively respond to customers through Facebook & WhatsApp and follow up opportunities with clients
- Attend to customer inquiries/complaints and provide timely solutions
- Collect all customer inquiries into the CRM system and maintain an accurate database
Job Specification
- Sales focused with excellent customer service abilities
- Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala & English
- A team player with a proactive outlook and drive towards excellence
