Immediate Recruitment of 5 candidates
Job Requirements:
- Providing customer service and resolutions of all customer’s issues
- Monitoring shipments and updating key milestones
- Keeping customers updated on their shipments and maintaining relationships
- Follow up on outstanding statements and query resolution
- Fluent English knowledge and sound communication skills especially when handling agents
- Microsoft Office proficiency at the highest level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Must have experience in customer service relevant to freight/cargo
