Job Description
Job Duties:
- Greet customers and inquire about their product or service requirements.
- Ensure availability of customer service agents to handle customer queries and needs.
- Create and implement customer service plans for broad coverage in the region.
- Coordinate orders with production teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Address customer queries in person, over the phone, and through emails or ticketing systems.
- Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and provide competitive analysis reports.
- Focus on customer retention for a growing customer base.
- Manage customer databases for tracking and reporting.
- Update and maintain customer information regularly.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- GCE A/L qualification
- 1 year of experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards customers.
- Ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
- Experience in handling customer complaints effectively.
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
