OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Assist with customer retention initiatives.
