Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Coordinator at Flash Health in Colombo. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, managing customer experiences, and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in account management or public relations is beneficial.
