Job Description

Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments

Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager

Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests

Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations

Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff

Oversee all client interactions to ensure service requirements are met and address any issues promptly

Create reports for client satisfaction, recommend areas for improvement, and present findings at monthly meetings

Work with sales employees, providing support, guidance, and demonstrating service techniques

Analyze sales reports and client account information to enhance service delivery

Facilitate communication between management and sales team for improved coordination
