Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator at Archnix in Colombo who can work UK time 8am – 5pm. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipping and logistics.
– Handle customer complaints and issues with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
– Provide customers with accurate information regarding their booking, arrival times, and any potential delays.
– Maintain and update customer records and shipment documentation in the company’s database.
– Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all customer requirements and expectations are met.
– Assist with the implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transport industry.
– Strong understanding of transport/parking processes, including documentation and regulatory requirements.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
