Role Description
This full-time on-site role requires a Customer Service Assistant in Colombo to provide excellent customer support, address inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain documentation.
- Generate reports and recommend solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in Sinhala & English.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Minimum 6 months in a similar role.
