Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service and Social Media Executive at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, including media planning, communication, writing, and social media optimization. This role is located in Colombo and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in social media
- Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in social media marketing is a plus
- Ability to work on a Full-time shift basis role (Monday to Friday- 2 pm to 10 pm & Sunday – 12 noon to 8 pm)
