Role Description: Full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Specialist in Nugegoda. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and improving communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions.
- Organize and attend recruitment events and education fairs.
- Provide counseling and support to students regarding foreign university programs.
- Manage applications and assist students with the admission process.

Requirements:
