Job Description

OVERVIEW

As a Client Relationship Management Specialist at SRP International, you will be our clients’ crucial point of contact, handling inquiries, requests, queries, complaints, and feedback. Your role includes providing our clients with efficient and professional first-line account management, resolving difficulties or complaints, and referring complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, requests, queries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Provide efficient account management, resolve complaints, and liaise with product departments for client solutions.
  • Maintain client contact, support marketing efforts, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the Company’s CRM tool (SmartSuite) for effective workflow.
  • Support other CRM Team members and cover for them as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of client relationship management experience.
  • High-level communication skills and exceptional English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • IT literacy & familiarity with Google Workspace Tools is advantageous.
