Job Description
Education/ Experience and Skills Requirement:
- Willingness to work in the UK shift
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Project Management, MIS, or related field
- 2 years’ experience in operational coordination/management, including calendar management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Sound project coordination/management skills
- Knowledge of Python, Advanced Excel, SQL, and ERP/CRM platforms will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn and adapt, ability to work independently, and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and ensure well-attended meetings
- Coordinate with stakeholders for events/meetings
- Collate meeting notes and upload into systems
- Maintain CRM platforms and data accuracy
- Handle CRM system administration tasks
- Identify system/process enhancements
- Assist in designing and implementing new processes
- Own operational tasks and CRM activities
