Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, representing a leading Luxury High Tech Bedding manufacturer, Therighttalent.net. They are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join their team, responsible for managing client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying their needs.
- Proactively engage clients for upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate internally for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and resolve client issues for high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Stay informed on industry trends to offer valuable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the lifestyle sector.
- CRM software experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Tamil/Sinhala communication skills advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Results-oriented with exceptional customer service focus.
