Job Description

We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, working with a leading Luxury High Tech Bedding manufacturer, Therighttalent.net. We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Build long-term relationships, understand client needs, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate service delivery and monitor client satisfaction levels.
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of Tamil/Sinhala is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
