Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Executive at the Institute of CRM (ICRM) located in Maharagama. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role, based in Maharagama with flexibility for some remote work.
