Role Description
- Coordinate freehand shipment & sales nominations.
- Follow up on bookings & release orders.
- Close coordination with the CHB division.
- Track & Monitor shipment departure, connections, and final arrival.
- Dispatch weekly invoices and records.
- Provide sales support, PR & procurement assistance.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English proficiency – spoken & written.
- Hands-on experience with Gensoft logistic ERP system.
- Thorough knowledge of industry-related topics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Hardworking personality with a vision for team success.
