Position: Customer Relationship Assistant / Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand different customer segments and market needs.
- Provide relevant financial products/services to meet customer needs.
- Build healthy sales pipelines.
- Maintain a positive image of the bank.
- Support New and Existing Product Development.
- Develop low-cost deposits generating channels.
- Monitor branch activities and transactions.
- Acquire prospective customers and organize promotional campaigns.
The Person:
- 2-5 years of experience in a bank or financial institution.
- CIM/SLIM qualification preferred.
- Good team player with sales experience.
- Strong communication and team building skills.
