Job Description

Role Description:

  • Update files and system with information relevant to complaint handling.
  • Assist in reviewing financial consumer complaint documents.
  • Prepare draft letters /memos / emails.
  • Ensure dispatch of approved communications.
  • Categorize and sort financial consumer complaints.
  • Assist in follow-up actions and review responses.

Qualifications:

  • GCE O/L with credit passes for English and mathematics.
  • Business Level 1 of Chartered Accountancy, certificate course in Banking and finance, CIMA foundation level.
  • 6 months training/work experience in Banking related field.
