Role Description:
- Update files and system with information relevant to complaint handling.
- Assist in reviewing financial consumer complaint documents.
- Prepare draft letters /memos / emails.
- Ensure dispatch of approved communications.
- Categorize and sort financial consumer complaints.
- Assist in follow-up actions and review responses.
Qualifications:
- GCE O/L with credit passes for English and mathematics.
- Business Level 1 of Chartered Accountancy, certificate course in Banking and finance, CIMA foundation level.
- 6 months training/work experience in Banking related field.
