Role Description

  • Update files and system with information relevant to complaint handling.
  • Assist in reviewing / analyzing financial consumer complaint documents and responses.
  • Prepare draft letters / memos / emails to the relevant institutes, financial consumers and other departments.
  • Ensure dispatching of approved letters / memos / emails to the relevant parties.
  • Categorizing, sorting of financial consumer complaints received
  • Assist in taking follow up action.
  • Assist in reviewing the responses.

Qualifications

  • Passed GCE O/L with credit passes for first language, English, and mathematics
  • Completed Business Level 1 of Chartered Accountancy, completed certificate course in Banking and finance (IBSL), completed CIMA foundation level
  • 6 months training/work experience (Banking related)
