Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our client’s team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves managing front-line operational activities of a healthcare facility, ensuring supreme customer care, handling patient complaints, and supervising front office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day hospital operations
  • Allocate resources for patient care
  • Supervise front office staff
  • Handle patient complaints and suggest improvements
  • Resolve customer problems and ensure staff compliance
  • Prepare management reports and attend to VIPs

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality/Marketing Management
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Healthcare/hospitality sector exposure preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and delegate efficiently
  • Experience with ERP systems and high self-discipline
