Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, administer, and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at the hospital’s front line.
- Allocate resources and facilities to patients, prioritizing supreme customer care.
- Supervise front office staff, providing performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Provide patient information and statistics to hospital management, addressing complaints, and suggesting improvement plans.
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor front office performance and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Prepare management reports and attend to VIP appointments and admissions.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/professional qualifications in Hospitality Management/Marketing Management with 5-7 years’ experience.
- Exposure to healthcare/hospitality sectors preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in delegation, motivation, and instruction, including training and team building.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and high self-discipline.
