Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer inquiries
- Provide accurate guidance on visa processes
- Resolve complaints and maintain records
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Monitor and report customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of visa application procedures
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Sinhala
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
