Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in base management, customer life cycle management, or a similar role in dynamic industries.
- Strong analytical skills to utilize customer data for decision-making.
- Understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
