Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer experience or customer service management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a continuous improvement mindset.

Role Description

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer excellence agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across all touchpoints.
