Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team as English and Hindi Speaking Customer Care Representatives (Outbound). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and Hindi languages.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both languages, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
