Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative at SenzMate AIoT Intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be a good listener, and have the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
