Role Description
This full-time hybrid role in Colombo offers remote work flexibility. As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle night shifts, interact with customers, and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Attend to calls, messages, and chat options
- Initiate outbound calls
- Record customer feedback in the CRM system
- Address complaints and conduct satisfaction surveys
Required Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and Customer Support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably trilingual
- Effective problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Degree or diploma in Customer Service or Business-related studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Care
- Prior elevator or construction industry experience is a bonus
