Role Description

This full-time hybrid role in Colombo offers remote work flexibility. As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle night shifts, interact with customers, and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Attend to calls, messages, and chat options
  • Initiate outbound calls
  • Record customer feedback in the CRM system
  • Address complaints and conduct satisfaction surveys

Required Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal and Customer Support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably trilingual
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Degree or diploma in Customer Service or Business-related studies
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Care
  • Prior elevator or construction industry experience is a bonus
