Job Description
Role Profile:
A good team player who works with a positive attitude to fulfill customers’ requirements from order placing to delivery.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- A good education background with a minimum of 3 passes in GCE (A/L) examination.
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Relations in a reputed Company.
- Good communication in English and local languages.
- High customer service mindset with good commercial sense.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Order placing, Order Prioritization, and Order follow-ups.
- Answering customer calls, inquiries, and satisfying the customers.
- Attending to customer complaints and escalating complaints to relevant authorities.
- Building and developing close relationships with the customers.
