Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Manager at a private leading hospital in Colombo. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, customer service management, and customer support. The role involves utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure excellent customer care and positive experiences for patients. Additionally, the Customer Care Manager will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues
- Empathy and compassion to provide dedicated care
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
