Job Description
Designation: Customer Care Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer care department to ensure excellent patient services.
- Develop and implement patient care strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care processes.
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer care or patient services role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
