Job Description
Sterling Automobiles Lanka is the sole authorized franchised service provider for vehicles exported by Sterling Japan, offering the Sterling Aftercare Guarantee at five centers Island-wide.
We seek a dynamic Customer Care Executive to join our team, responsible for planning, managing, and maintaining customer satisfaction through various departments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to plan and direct organizational work.
- Rotate through marketing, sales, and customer service departments to gain insight.
- Analyze trends and recommend actions to manage business situations.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly customer satisfaction reports.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain records.
- Assist front office and call center representatives when needed.
- Update customer care management on complaints, concerns, and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Auto maintenance or automobile company background is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
